EnviRecycle Ltd charges by the cubic yard (the same as two washing machines back-to-back).
Our rubbish removal prices start from £40 +vat. Prices are based on the volume, weight and type of waste, access requirements, labour and any disposal fees.
Our estimate is based on the photographs and information provided. The team will confirm the final price before loading begins if the actual volume, weight or waste type differs from the estimate.
If using your mobile, please take one or more clear photographs showing all the rubbish, including any bulky or heavy items. Also tell us about stairs, restricted parking or difficult access.

Why prices can be confusing
Prices in London are complicated because we are not just charging for the volume of rubbish we have to take into account rules and charges for how specific items are recycled or disposed of.

- How heavy your rubbish is, especially soil, rubble, tiles and concrete.
- What items are included or the type of waste it is, as mattresses, fridges, paint and electrical items cost more to dispose of.
- Where the rubbish is located, such as upstairs, in a basement or a long distance from parking.
- How long loading takes
- Parking and congestion charges in parts of London.
- Recycling and disposal fees, which vary between location.

Prices explained
“Junk removal” prices mirror rubbish removal costs: £40 for small loads, £70–£210 for most households, and £400 for a full truck.
- Volume of waste (measured in cubic yards)
- Weight (soil, rubble and tiles cost more to dispose of)
- Access (stairs, distance to van, obstructions)
- Labour time
- Special items (fridges, TVs, mattresses require recycling fees)
- Location (urban vs rural travel time)
- Whether we remove waste from inside or outside
These are also the main factors influencing junk removal cost, since both services follow the same man-and-van pricing structure.
- 2 cubic yards (roughly the space 2 washing machines would take up) £80.00 plus VAT
- Minimum attendance charge £40.00 / 5-10 minutes loading time allowed.
- 4 cubic yards (1/2 a standard builders skip or ½ a short wheelbase Transit equivalent) £130.00 plus VAT / 15 minutes loading time allowed.
Due to government regulations we are forced to pay extra to dispose fridges, freezers, television and computer monitors. Unfortunately we must pass these charges on.
This assumes the waste items or waste is on the ground floor with reasonable access for the attending crew and their vehicle.

Choosing private rubbish removal companies means you will be charged on the amount of waste, the type of waste and the weight of the waste (the amount of space it takes up in the van). Prices start from £39 and go up to £400, depending on the company you choose and the type of clearance service you need.
When using the local council for waste disposal, you have to choose certain days and there’s a base payment then an additional payment for each item. On top of that, there’s lots of rules you have to follow. This kind of service used to be more affordable a couple of years ago, but can be quite pricey if you have a lot of bins or items to remove, so you might be surprised to find out a rubbish removal company is cheaper.
